Uei Student Portal: What is it?
Uei Student Portal (UP) is a digital platform that provides students with access to a wide range of resources and services. The UP can be used to search for information on programs and courses, sign up for notifications about events and offers, and connect with other students.The UP is available in English and Japanese.
How to Register for Uei Classes

When you first arrive on campus, one of the first things you’ll need to do is register for classes. There are a few different ways to do this, and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. Here’s a guide on how to register for classes at Uei.
The most common way to register for classes at Uei is through the online registration system. This system is easy to use, and it allows you to submit your registration information in a few simple steps. You can also register for classes through the MyUei portal, if you prefer. However, the MyUei portal is only available to students who have been admitted to Uei.
Registration deadlines are typically set well in advance, so be sure to check the registrar’s website for updates. If you need help registering for classes, or if you have any questions about the registration process, don’t hesitate to contact the registrar’s office.

How to Access Your Course Materials

The first thing you’ll want to do is log in to your Uei portal. Once you’re logged in, click on My Courses on the left-hand side. This will take you to a list of all of your courses, with information about each one. If you’re new to Uei, be sure to check out our guide on how to get started here!
Once you’ve checked out your course’s details, you’ll want to familiarize yourself with its materials. This includes anything that you need in order to complete the course, such as assignments and exams. You can find all of your course materials under My Documents on the left-hand side of the portal.
Make sure that you’re using the most up-to-date versions of all of your materials! Uei regularly updates course materials in order to ensure that students are able to successfully complete the courses. If there are any problems with any of your course materials, please contact your instructor or the Office of Student Success for assistance.
How to Report an Issue with Your Course

If you have an issue with your course, there are a few steps you should take. The first is to speak to your instructor or departmental office. If they are unable to help, you can reach out to the Uei Student Portal.
To report an issue with your course, go to the Uei Student Portal and sign in. Then select “My Courses” from the main menu. Click on the course you want to report the issue with and follow the instructions onscreen.

How to Get help from Uei Support

When you first come to Uei, it can be hard to know where to turn for help. This is where the Uei Student Portal comes in! The portal is a one-stop shop for all your questions and needs, from registering for classes to finding out about campus life. Here are some tips on how to use the portal:
-First, sign in using your NetID or student number. If you don’t have either of those, you can create an account using this guide.
-This will take you to a list of categories, including Academic Advising, Campus Life, and More. In each of these sections, you’ll find information on how to get help and what resources are available.
-If you need immediate assistance, simply click on the “Help!” button next to any category or question.
